The Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care system, or CWELCC, is a five-year plan that seeks to make child care more affordable and accessible to families by reducing total payable fees to an average of $10 a day by 2025-26. 

To be eligible for this reduced fee, your child/ren must be under the age of six and enrolled in a CWELLC-approved Centre. We are CWELCC-approved, meaning our Toddler, Preschool, and Kindergarten programs are eligible for reduced fees! Please refer to our 2023 Fee Memo for our fees including those with CWELCC reductions.

If your child turns six while enrolled in our program then they are eligible for the reduced fee for the remainder of the month they turned six. Families that receive the Child Care Fee Subsidy are also eligible to receive a reduced fee of up-to 50% of their subsidy fee.
